Reiki Consultations 

Reiki consultations can be done distantly at a selected time and date or face to face in Shellharbour, NSW. Reiki is usually straight energy work, however some people like to have a greater understanding of where they hold blocks and how these blocks are affecting their lives. If you would like to have Reiki and an understanding of what blockages are, choose the Reiki and understanding blockage session.

Reiki Practitioner and Teacher Training

Inner Solutions Australia train students to become practitioners and Master / Teachers. Your tutor, Cheryl Cattarin has been trained with the International House of Reiki. 

Inner Solutions Australia has been providing Japanese Reiki Courses and Consultations in Sydney to students since 2002. Cheryl Cattarin, it's founder, has worked in the healing therapies industry for over 25 years and is a Master / Teacher Trainer in traditional Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho.

Cheryl originally trained in Western Style Reiki, but having a solid background in teaching meditation, felt that 'something' was missing. After investigating Reiki Courses in the Sydney area, she came across a school that offered traditional Japanese Reiki, inclusive of the Japanese meditations and Reiju (energy blessings) taught in Japan. The inclusion of traditional Japanese meditations further enhance one's ability to channel the Reiki energy and build upon it. This was the missing link for her. "To be able to include these meditations and Reiju, was for me, icing on the cake. This enabled me to understand Reiki better and build upon it on a daily basis", she said.

Our purpose

Our purpose is to promote Reiki Courses that build an awareness and understanding of the subtle energies available within the Reiki system and nurture the student’s ability to channel this energy and support their ongoing training. Reiki is more than just a workshop or a course; it is a way of living. It is a spiritual path which can lead to self-healing, enhanced psychic ability and intuitive ability. 

All students are given full instruction on both Japanese meditations and Reiki treatments, and professional manuals containing all course information.
